Our Story: Faith, Leadership, and Real Estate That Opens Doors

In 2006, T. Dallas Smith was at the height of his commercial real estate career.  He had been mentored early on by Thomas W. Tift, Jr. and later pioneered the brokerage division of H.J. Russell & Company, where he served as the division VP.  During this time, he met a young intern with the kind of magnetic energy, determination and drive that made Dallas realize his mission was to serve as a bridge and catalyst for young people with the desire to advance. With this encounter, the seed for T. Dallas Smith & Company was planted. Less than a year later, March 13, 2007, the firm was established. 

Today, that young intern serves as the firm’s President.
