Nick Winbush

Nick is a commercial real estate advisor and leasing broker with over 13 years of experience, specializing in office and industrial leasing. Since joining T. Dallas Smith & Company in 2016, he has provided market analysis, site selection, and lease negotiation services to a wide range of clients, while also serving as the firm’s Managing Broker in Illinois and Indiana.

 

He began his career managing over 2.5 million square feet of commercial space in Cleveland before transitioning to brokerage in Chicago with Marcus & Millichap. His combined experience in management and brokerage allows him to develop tailored, strategic solutions for both local and national clients.

 

Nick is actively involved in civic and professional organizations and was recognized as a 2024 Atlanta Business Chronicle Forty Under 40 honoree.
