Marco is a commercial real estate advisor specializing in tenant representation across the office and industrial sectors in Metro Atlanta. He supports clients throughout the leasing process—from market research and site selection to financial analysis and lease negotiation—helping align real estate decisions with business objectives.

Since beginning his career with T. Dallas Smith & Company, Marco has contributed to a variety of office and industrial assignments, bringing a detail-oriented and analytical approach to client service. He is currently pursuing his degree at Georgia State University and is actively involved in professional and community organizations.
