Corey Ferguson

Corey is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with more than 20 years of experience advising corporate clients on strategic real estate solutions aligned with business objectives. He specializes in analysis, forecasting, site selection, project management, and contract negotiation, and has led or played a key role in transactions totaling more than $100 million.

Throughout his career, Corey has held leadership roles with firms including Colliers International, SugarOak Holdings, and Kimberly-Clark Corporation, managing office and retail portfolios exceeding one million square feet domestically and internationally. His depth of experience has established him as a respected thought leader within the industry.

Corey holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Alabama and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). He is actively involved in numerous professional and community organizations, serves on multiple boards, and has received several industry honors recognizing his leadership and production achievements.
