Dexter Warrior

Dexter Warrior is Chief Operating Officer and Principal at T. Dallas Smith & Company. He oversees day-to-day operations, including internal controls and regulatory compliance, develops new business relationships, and ensures existing clients are fully supported. He brings 30+ years of experience.

Over his 30+ year career, Dexter has held management and investing roles with Equitable Real Estate, Lend Lease, and Morgan Stanley, where he served as Executive Director and Portfolio Manager. In each role he was a trusted advisor, strategically supporting major institutional real estate owners in achieving investment objectives across U.S. markets with assets exceeding $10 billion in value. His asset experience spans urban and suburban office buildings; regional malls; power, lifestyle, and neighborhood retail centers; multifamily communities; industrial warehouses and fulfillment centers; luxury resort hotels; and senior housing communities. He now focuses exclusively on advising clients leasing or acquiring office space, industrial space, or land to complement their business objectives.

Dexter’s areas of expertise include office, industrial, land, and retail. His additional skills include compliance management, client relations, business development, and project management. He earned a Master of Science in Real Estate and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Georgia State University.
