Mahzé D. McQueen

Mahzé D. McQueen is a Senior Associate with 5+ years of experience and a trusted advisor representing tenants and buyers in the office, industrial, and land sectors. After interning with T. Dallas Smith & Company, he joined the team as a broker in 2019 while completing his undergraduate studies at Georgia State University. Since then, he has helped companies across the U.S. negotiate lease renewals, expansions, contractions, relocations, and acquisitions.

His areas of expertise include office, industrial, and land. His additional skills span site selection, financial analysis, and portfolio management. He is proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, LandVision, and Esri.

Mahzé began his commercial real estate career with Carter & Associates as a development intern, contributing to the mixed-use revitalization of the Summerhill community in Downtown Atlanta and the redevelopment of a one-million-square-foot industrial portfolio at The MET in West Atlanta. He developed a passion for real estate at an early age and leverages his finance and real estate background to advise clients on market dynamics.

He holds two bachelor’s degrees from Georgia State University in Finance and Real Estate. While at Georgia State, he played football, served as president of the Real Estate Society, joined Alpha Kappa Psi Business Fraternity, was a Project Destined Scholarship recipient, and earned a Bloomberg certification.
