Travis Belton

Travis L. Belton is an Associate with 2+ years of experience who serves as a reliable consultant advocating for tenants and buyers in the office, industrial, and land sectors. His additional skills include brand development, music, marketing, project management, and strategic planning. He is proficient with CoStar, Esri, LandVision, and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Travis’s career began in a dynamic medical environment, collaborating closely with Grady Hospital, WellStar Medical Center, and healthcare professionals. He gained experience with respected industry brands including Drew, Eckl & Farnham and DTSpade Specialized Real Estate. He joined T. Dallas Smith & Co. in October 2023, shifting his attention to the tech and startup realm, and since then has guided companies across the United States through lease renewals, expansions, contractions, relocations, and acquisitions.

He brings years of corporate experience, becoming the second-highest producer at an Atlanta law firm specializing in home equity lines of credit and closing nearly $2M in business—an accomplishment that sparked his interest in real estate. He won ACBR’s Alvin B. Cates Award for the Most Impactful Deal of 2024.

Travis studied Graphic Design at Coastal Carolina University in Conway, SC; Audio Engineering at the Atlanta Institute of Music & Media (AIMM); and is currently at Georgia State University, class of 2027. His memberships, honors, and affiliations include the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS® and its Young Council of Realtors (YCR), the National Association of REALTORS®, and the Georgia Association of REALTORS®.
