Monique Fields

Monique is an Associate Director at T. Dallas Smith & Company, where she specializes in data center site selection, land acquisition, and property disposition.  Since joining the firm in January 2024, Monique has leveraged more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience to deliver strategic, results-driven solutions for clients nationwide.

Throughout her career, Monique has overseen major transactions across Georgia and Alabama, representing state municipalities, national developers, and professional athletes from the Atlanta Falcons, Indianapolis Colts, and Atlanta Hawks. A top-producing broker and former Managing Broker of a boutique firm in Alpharetta, she is recognized for her leadership, market expertise, and commitment to excellence in land and retail site selection.

Monique studied Business Administration at Baltimore City Community College and is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS®, CCIM Georgia Chapter, CREW, and the Urban Land Institute. Her dedication to continuing education and industry involvement underscores her passion for remaining at the forefront of commercial real estate.
