Onneka McQuennie

Onneka is an Analyst at T. Dallas Smith & Company, where she supports corporate clients in optimizing their real estate portfolios through market research and analysis. She specializes in preparing reports that highlight key trends across office and industrial markets.

She began her commercial real estate career as an intern with the firm while earning her Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from Georgia State University, during which time she also obtained her real estate license. Onneka further demonstrated her commitment to professional growth through active involvement in The Real Estate Group at GSU, completion of Project Destined’s summer rotation, and participation in the 2023 ACBR Diversity Mentorship Class.

She is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS? (ACBR).
