Jaymi Brooks

Jaymi Brooks is an Associate with 9 years of experience and a trusted advisor representing tenants and buyers in the traditional office and medical office sectors. Her areas of expertise include office and medical office, supported by strengths in site selection, market research, negotiations, and financial analytics. She is proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, CoStar, Esri, and Adobe Cloud.

Jaymi developed a passion for real estate after spending time in Downtown St. Louis, walking and admiring its architecture. In 2012, she began her career in residential property management, handling HUD-based housing opportunities in the Downtown St. Louis submarket. She advanced her commercial real estate exposure with Cushman & Wakefield as a TQC intern while completing her undergraduate studies at the University of Missouri–St. Louis. After graduation, she joined The Michelson Organization as a Traveling Property Manager, frequently turning around underperforming properties, rebuilding their reputations, and preparing them for acquisitions. She later worked at CBRE as a Client Services Specialist, supporting the marketing and management needs of brokerage professionals. Prior to joining T. Dallas Smith & Company, Jaymi served as a Senior Brokerage Partner on an award-winning team at DTSpade, SRE, helping shape the Atlanta community with an impactful purpose. At T. Dallas Smith & Company, she prides herself on being a go-to medical representative, recognizing that community growth starts with a healthy foundation.

Jaymi earned a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Communications from the University of Missouri–St. Louis.

Her memberships, honors, and affiliations include the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS® and its Young Council of Realtors (YCR); Empire Board of Realtists; Focused Community Strategies – Young Professionals Board; African American Real Estate Professionals (AAREP) of Atlanta, where she serves as Programs Director; CREW Atlanta; and the Grady Young Professionals Committee.
