Jue Wang

Jue Wang is a Commercial Real Estate Advisor at T. Dallas Smith & Company. Guided by a client-first approach, she is passionate about addressing clients’ real estate needs by developing cost-effective solutions. She provides financial analysis, business development, lease negotiation, market knowledge, and customer service to local, national, and international clients. She brings 10 years of experience.

Jue began her career in the convention service industry, working with clients from around the world to facilitate their convention needs in the United States. As a convention service manager, she gained extensive customer service and management experience. After moving to Georgia in 2014, she started her real estate career in residential sales, working with local and national builders such as D.R. Horton and Century Communities, as well as international clients. Her annual average sales volume was $20M with 50–60 transactions per year. Building on this foundation, she transitioned to commercial real estate by leasing retail and industrial properties and developed expertise in tenant representation, serving corporate office and industrial clients.

Her areas of expertise include retail, office, and industrial. Her additional skills include financial analysis, business development, lease negotiation, client relationship management, market knowledge, and customer service.

Jue holds a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Florida International University, as well as a Bachelor of Hospitality and Tourism Management from Tianjin, China.
