Stafford Shanklin

Stafford serves as a trusted advisor to office, industrial, and land tenants and buyers throughout Metro Atlanta. He specializes in site selection, market research, financial analysis, and negotiations, helping clients identify real estate solutions that support their operational and business objectives.

Stafford began his commercial real estate career with T. Dallas Smith & Company after previously participating in the firm’s inaugural Knowledge Transfer Program (KTP). He also gained experience through an internship with Engel & Völkers. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Marketing from East Tennessee State University and is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS®.
