Shani Franklin

Shani Franklin is a Commercial Real Estate Advisor with more than 18 years of experience in tenant representation, market analytics, urban planning, and strategic expansion. Prior to joining T. Dallas Smith & Company, she led national growth initiatives at PadSplit and spent seven years at CoStar Group advising clients on market intelligence and development trends.

She earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy & Management from Georgia State University with a concentration in Urban Planning and Economic Development. Shani is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS® and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), an alumna of the Atlanta Regional Commission, and serves on the board of Gateway Center.
