Austin Donaldson

Austin is a commercial real estate advisor specializing in tenant and buyer representation across the office and industrial sectors. Since joining T. Dallas Smith & Company in 2024, he has supported clients nationwide with lease negotiations, expansions, relocations, and acquisitions, quickly building a strong track record early in his career.

He began his real estate journey in wholesale investing before transitioning into commercial brokerage, where he has successfully closed transactions across both office and industrial assets. Austin leverages his background in business marketing and psychology to provide strategic, market-driven guidance to his clients.

Austin holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Organization from Clark Atlanta University, where he was a student-athlete on the men's basketball team, a student ambassador, and a Dean's List honoree.
