Ms. Agno joined T. Dallas Smith & Company in 2008. Specializing in tenant representation for office and industrial space for national and international companies. Tenacious, detailed and driven are three adjectives that describe her work ethic.

A graduate of Heald College (Bachelor of Business Administration), Ms. Agno, originally from Honolulu, Hawaii moved to Atlanta to pursue her career in Commercial Real Estate. As a trusted broker, Ms. Agno has the ability to deliver efficient, professional service throughout the commercial property, lease and purchase process. With experience, education and skills needed to get quick results and the best price possible Ms. Agno’s goal, along with the goal of T. Dallas Smith & Company, is to grow and become one of the best brokers of the leading and single largest MBE commercial real estate brokerage firm in the United States. Specialties include Real Estate Law, Economics, Property Law, Urban Developments, Purchasing, Transaction Negotiating and General Consulting.

She is a member of Junior Achievement, Georgia Chamber of Commerce, National Association of Industrial & Office Parks and she speaks and writes fluent Illicano. Ms. Agno has been certified as a specialist in Cost and Price Analysis of Leasing Proposals, Federal Real Property Lease Law and Real Property Leasing by the Federal Government.
